- You need 1 of chicken breast.
- Prepare 1/2 of egg.
- You need 2 cups of grated cheese.
- Prepare 1 of large tomato.
- You need 1 tsp of tomato paste.
- You need 1 tsp of ground garlic.

- Prepare of Salt.
- It's of Paprika.

- Please note this recipe is for 1. Adjust accordingly. Preheat the oven at 220C..
- To make the pizza crust, grind your chicken breast with a food processor. If you dont have one you can grate it when frozen. Add the salt, spices, the egg and 1/2 a cup of cheese and mix it all together..
- Once done, flatten it on parchment paper. I found it easier to top it with cling film then roll it out with a rolling pin to keep it from sticking. Roll it to a thickness of about 1/2 or 1/4 an inch depending on your desired thickness. (NOTE: after baking the base will get thicker and the circumference smaller). Bake for 15mins..
- To make pizza sauce, grind the tomato. Alternatively you can freeze and grate it. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, add the garlic and allow it to cook for a minute. Add the ground tomato and allow to cook till it starts to get thick. Add the tomato paste, salt, black pepper and oregano. On low heat, allow it to simmer till it cooks down..
- Once the crust is ready, top with the pizza sauce, then 1 cup of cheese (til the base is covered). I used cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Add other toppings of choice and top with a bit more cheese. 1/2 cup or less..
- Bake for 5 mins and remove from the oven. Allow it to sit for a few minutes then sereve and ENJOOOY..... It tastes just like pizza.... Same taste, less guilt 🙂.
