- It's 1 kg of chicken breast.
- It's of Seasoning.

Super crispy chicken nuggets instructions
- Clean and cut the chicken breast to small chunks.
- Then put in a food processor and blend without water addition.
- Pour blended chicken breast in a bowl and season lightly with powdered seasoning,salt, chilli pepper and onion powder. Mix properly to incorporate.
- I figured just like when i make cookies, rolling it out will even it up. So i placed the chicken mix on a parchment paper.
- Then flipped to cover and rolled out to 1/2” thickness.
- After rolling, i lifted and placed in the freezer for like 30minutes to harden a bit.
- Then i used a cookie cutter to cut to cubes. It might be a bit tricky for you if you don’t blend your chicken breast properly.
- So with my egg and bread crumbs set in seperate dishes, i pick up each cube of chicken and dropped in bread crumbs (please note, my bread crumbs is slightly salted so you might have to slightly salt yours if it din’t come salted).
- Then deep in egg mix.
- Then drop again in bread crumbs and coat well.
- Then line all in a baking tray.
- When done, place with baking tray in a freezer for 6-7hrs or overnight until frozen (this would prevent most of the bread crumbs from falling off when fried immediately and also add to it’s crispiness).
- When ready, heat up your vegetable oil and deep fry (please note, you must fry it as it’s frozen. Don’t not keep it to defrost before frying).
- You need to fry on low to medium heat so the inner chicken has time to cook properly (very important). If the heat is too high, the outer part gets dark pretty fast and gets burnt without the inner chicken cooking through.
- When it’s golden brown, remove and place on a sieve lined with kitchen roll..
