  2. when rice is done drain it good and (in the same pot) mix in some garlic powder, dill weed, brockley, salt and pepper.
  3. then get a deep oven pan and coat the bottom with a little cream of chicken and an inch of rice, then put you chicken breasts spread out nicely in the pan on top of that.
