  3. You need 1 of medium bell pepper.

  6. Prepare 1 of Roma tomato.
  7. Prepare 1 can of baked beans.
  8. It's 1 cup of cooked rice.
  9. It's 1 of large chicken breast.
  10. It's Half of or 1 chicken stock cube.

Chakalaka and Chicken Rice step by step

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes or strips and rub with the chicken spice. Set it aside..
  2. Dice onion, bell pepper, and chilli peppers.

  7. Open the can of beans and drain most of the tomato sauce if it's a lot (I like using cheap canned beans for this but they tend to have a LOT of watery tomato sauce).
  8. Once the chicken and veggies are done, turn off the stove and add the beans and rice. Stir well until everything is warmed up..
  9. Serve and enjoy..
