2. Sauté garlic in the olive oil. Take it off of the heat and add the brown sugar to make a glaze....I wound up adding a teaspoon of water to help with the consistency that I wanted.
3. Have your chicken in the baking pan and spoon the glaze over it.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness of your chicken.
