- heat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet that has a edge at least 1" high ( you need space to spread the food out flat).
- peel and cut potatoes into bite size pieces and put in the pan.
- cut baby cuts in half and add to pan with potatoes.
- quarter mushrooms and add to pan with the potatoes and carrots.
