- Prepare 2 of Chicken Breast.
- Prepare 1 can of of Buttermilk Biscuts.
- Prepare 1 of Cheddar Cheese.
- You need 1 of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce or any sauce you like.
In a small bowl, combine the chicken and barbeque. Divide the chicken between the tostada shells and top with the cheese (about ΒΌ cup on each). - Preheat oven to 400.
- Boil & Shred the Chicken.
- Add sauce to chicken & cook till hot..
- meanwhile grease your muffins pan & add the biscuts..pressing them out into cups...

- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese & enjoy..* they are good without the cheese also...
Instead of BBQ Sauce, try using a can of sloppy joe or a packet of taco seasoning (just follow directions on the back of the packet.) Make sure you are purchasing the regular-sized biscuits. To measure Bisquick mix, spoon into dry-ingredient measuring cup, and level with a straight- edged knife or spatula. Do not pack or tap Bisquick mix into cup.
