- After the hour or so take out your chicken and place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.... Salt and Pepper the tops of your chicken and place in a oven preheated at 400°F..
- Cook in that oven for 20 minutes remove from the oven and brush the tops with your BBQ sauce place back in the oven for a 20 more minutes brush on BBQ every 5 minutes until done cooking.....
- Remove from oven when complete plate and enjoy :).
