  1. It's 5 of chicken drumsticks.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of barbecue sauce.
  3. Prepare of pink himikayan salt.
  4. Prepare of cracked black pepper.

Momma's epic barbeque chicken step by step

  1. Boil chicken drumsticks for 30 minutes.
  2. Salt and pepper the outside of the drumsticks.
  3. Turn grill on to low and place drumsticks on colder parts of the grill (I.e. away from the flames).
  4. Cook for about 15 minutes on each side, until you've got a slight char on the outside.
  5. Slather both sides of chicken with your favorite barbeque sauce.
  6. Grill for another 2 minutes on each side.
  7. Serve and enjoy, I like to serve it with a salad, corn and baked potatoes.

The flavor from the sauce AND the briquettes are a winning combo! Brush the pieces with the grilled chicken basting sauce (all sides of the chicken). This is good place if you want some good ol' southern , artery -clogging goodness. This take out joint has some REALLY good southern- style food considering it's in Yankee territory.
