- You need 4 of Boneless skinless chicken breasts.
- It's of breading.
- It's 2 cup of Italian bread crumbs.
- You need 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Mrs dash original seasoning.
- It's 3 tbsp of French fried onions.
- You need of on top.
- It's 2 of Roma tomatoes.
- Prepare 1/2 of White onion.
- You need 2 tbsp of Vegetable oil.
- It's 4 tbsp of Pesto.
- It's 1 cup of Grated parmesan cheese.
Amanda's Chicken step by step
- Preheat oven to 400? F.
- Slice chicken into 1 inch strips.
- Place chicken strips in bowl/plate of flour, cover fully.
- Place chicken strips in egg, cover fully.
- In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs, French fried onions and spices and bread chicken.
- In a 9x13 greased glass pan place breaded chicken strips.
- Over the stove, saute onions and tomatoes with vegetable oil.
- Sprinkle sauteed onions and tomatoes over chicken.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese to taste on top.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
